1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the Last Straw mobile app (the App). The service provider is [entity name, address, tax ID], contact: [email address]. By downloading and using the App, you accept these Terms and the Privacy policy.

2. What the App is

The App is a personal journal for logging behaviors in a relationship (red and green flags) under a pseudonym. It shows their total as a cup of bitterness. Content generated by the App, including Redzia’s comments and the flag creator’s suggestions, is for information and entertainment only. It is not psychological, therapeutic or legal advice.

3. Technical requirements

An iPhone running iOS [minimum version] or later. The App works offline, except for the AI creator and purchases.

4. Rules of use

• You describe a person only by a pseudonym. Don’t enter real first names, surnames, photos or links to profiles.
• If you share a card from the App, you are responsible for publishing it. Don’t publish content that may infringe other people’s personal rights.
• You don’t use the App to harass, intimidate or track other people.
• You don’t try to get around the security measures or the limits of the AI creator.

5. Subscription

• Full access requires a subscription: monthly (9,99 zł) or yearly. You see current prices in the App before you buy.
• New Apple ID accounts can use a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel it, a paid subscription starts when it ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. You manage your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings under Apple ID, and in the App (the Ty tab).

6. AI flag creator

The AI creator works only with your consent and may have a daily usage limit. The model’s answers may be inaccurate. You can always change the name and weight of a suggested flag, or reject it.

7. Liability

You store your data only on your own device. We have no access to it, so we can’t recover it if you delete the App or lose your phone. [to complete: the scope of the service provider’s liability towards consumers]

8. Complaints

Send complaints about how the App works to [email address]. We’ll reply within 14 days. Payment complaints go directly to Apple.

9. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. They don’t limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law. We’ll notify you of changes to these Terms in the App [number of days] days in advance.
